What does our Diagnostic Include?

Common diagnostic steps include connecting a scan tool to the vehicle's OBD-II (On-Board Diagnostics) port, retrieving fault codes, and analyzing real-time data from sensors. This process helps the technician find an accurate problem to resolve the fault code. While performing his diagnostic we also perform a visual inspection including any leaks or the suspension, steering, brake, and cooling systems. Along with engine and transmission performance.

Are we allowed to provide our own parts?

Yes, the customer is allowed to provide their own parts. However if the issue is not resolved and does not fix the problem we are not liable for any warranty. We do not warranty customer provided parts. Also if the part is incorrect or not an exact match we will have to purchase the correct part as the vehicle is already dissembled and awaiting for repair.

What is your hourly labor rate?

Our hourly labor rate is $110.

Do you sell used parts?

Yes, we have a wide variety of salvaged parts. We sell Engines, Transmissions, and exterior parts including Doors, Fenders, Hoods, Bumpers. We are not a pick-a-part. If you are looking for a certain part please give us a call at (931)-302-0223.
